Uploading your child's travel documents. Both your parent account and your child's account can be used to upload travel documents.
1. Log in to WISdom using your parent account or your child's account via wisdom.wis.edu.hk. Email us at helpdesk@wis.edu.hk if you encounter problems logging-in or need to reset your password.
2. Click the Profile icon on the Wisdom main menu.
3. Click the tick icon under the CAS/HW Experience Status window
4. Click the Upload Travel Docs button.
5. You can now upload your child's Passport/Home Return Permit and HKID.
If you are a holder of the 'Home Return Permit' and will be travelling to China for Horizons Week 2019, please submit this in place of Passport.
6. After uploading the Passport/Home Return Permit and HKID, you can then submit Passport/Home Return Permit details next.
7. You can update the uploaded documents by pressing the Delete button of the uploaded file and uploading a new file.
8. You can change any of the submitted travel doc details by clicking on the data.
