How to Make Appointments

Using the ESF App

Click the WISDOM VLE button

then the Appointment tile on the app

or using a browser (e.g Chrome, Firefox)

then click the Appointments icon in Wisdom

To make an appointment, please click your preferred time.

Select the teacher you would like to meet from the list of your child’s teachers who are available at that time (Shown in blue)

Once a teacher is booked, their name will appear next to the time slot (shown in green)
You can remove the current teacher's booking by pressing the "Remove booking..." button
You can change your booking to another teacher by pressing their "Switch booking..." button (shown in yellow)

Note: During Round 1, you will be able to make appointments with up to 6 of your child’s teachers.

Subsequently, subject to availability, during Round 2 there will be an additional opportunity to make further appointments with any additional teachers of your child.

An email reminder will be sent to you to book Round 2 appointments.

If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forget your password?" on WISDOM's main page

Input your Username and click Search. An email will be sent to you with your password.
